We are seeking a team leader with big picture vision, a nurturer of vocations, a prayerful teacher and preacher with a heart for people and for taking the love of God out into our communities.
Within our 7 parishes we are blessed with many people of talent who are already leading worship, leading bible studies, creating new services with prayer at the heart of them, establishing deeper and wider links with community, caring for our buildings with love and dedication.
What we need from a new incumbent is someone to have oversight, an enabler, an encourager, a delegator, as well as a pastor and teacher, with rich scriptural and prayerful knowledge to share.
We want to move away from the traditional model of the vicar does everything to a new way of the vicar enables and empowers the team to be God’s hands, feet and heart in the parishes.
