The first communion of Christmas takes place at Hollybush Church at 11.30m on Christmas Eve, when we meet to rejoice at the birth of the Saviour of the world, come to earth as a baby in a stable in Bethlehem. Please do remember your face covering to be worn whilst in the Church – and the forecast suggests an umbrella would be handy too!

Crib and Christingle, 5pm, Christmas Eve, Eldersfield Church
Join us at 5pm on Christmas Eve at this informal, fun service to really get the Christmas party started. All donations will go to the Children’s Society and you will be given your very own Christingle to take away, and get to sing some celebratory carols. All are very welcome, but please note that you will need to bring some sort of face covering with you to wear whilst in the church building. We look forward to welcoming you.
Nine Lessons and Carols, St Faith’s Berrow, 19th December
The traditional service of Nine Lessons and Carols takes place at 6.30pm this Sunday at St Faith’s Berrow. The choir will process and sing for us, members of the benefice community will read lessons telling the Christmas story, and we will all sing carols behind our masks and rejoice to hear Giles at the organ once more.
Please do bring along a face covering to wear during the service, and be prepared to give details for track and trace and to socially distance inside the building. Any changes to our plans as a result of changes in government guidance will be published on this web site. We look forward to welcoming you as safely as possibly.
