Remembrance Sunday, 14th November

At this time of remembrance, of remembering and giving thanks for all who have gone before, Remembrance Sunday is a focal point of national thanksgiving and remembering.  As a benefice we come together at 10.45am at All Saints Hollybush to remember the fallen and to give thanks for their sacrifice.  We will have the two minute silence at 11am and a poppy wreath will be laid on the war memorial at All Saints.

Please do join us if you can, as Rev Julie leads us in this moving and very important act of local and national remembrance.

Compline, 12th November

Armistice Day is just past, when we remember those who have given their lives in the service of their country with gratitude and awe.  Take some time out to reflect and join us for our weekly quiet, meditative service of Compline.  We meet at 7pm in Rev Julie’s Zoom room, then at 7.15pm Doug will lead us in prayer and worship.  Your service sheet can be viewed or downloaded here and I commend this way of drawing the week to a close to you.

Holy Communion at St Faith’s, Sunday 7th November

Do come along and join Rev Julie for our service of Holy Communion in the beautiful surroundings of St Faith’s, Berrow, as we continue in our season of remembrance, building up to Remembrance Sunday next week.

All are very welcome, do please bring some sort of face covering with you to wear whilst in our church buildings.
